If you are making an enquiry regarding specific dates we will pencil
you in for 48 hours from the original enquiry you must confirm you interest
in these dates for us to continue to hold them prior to you confirming a
booking.
If you have reservations with us please confirm your reservation and
pickup time and location no later than noon the day before your reservation. We
need to supply and crew the boat accordingly, if we do not hear from you
we will assume that something has gone wrong with your plans, if you have
a deposit with us we will attempt to reschedule you.
If you have sent us an email and we have not responded within 72 hours please
try again, we normally respond
quickly, some times the spam filters we use quarantine legit messages and
we don't see them right away.
